- Location Data: We may request access to your location only while the app is in use to help Engineers assign the nearest Technician to a complaint. This data is not stored permanently or shared with third parties.

- To allow Technicians to receive and update job statuses.
- To enable Building Managers to monitor inventory and resolve resident feedback.
