Open your email application and compose a new email. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" to help us identify and prioritise your request quickly.

Send It to Our Support Address

Send your email to our dedicated support address. Please use the same email address that is registered with your Kingly account so we can verify your identity.

Once your account has been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. This confirms that your account and associated personal data have been permanently removed from our systems.
